Payment Is Expected In Advance Of Childcare Each Month

If you would like to reserve a childcare place for your child before they start, or if you are a shift worker who needs the flexibility of a full-time place without fixed weekly hours, we offer a retainer option.

A 50% retainer fee is charged to hold your child's place. This secures the space exclusively for your family and guarantees availability when you need it.

• Parents whose childcare needs vary from week to week but who require a guaranteed full-time space. 

If your child's start date is within one month, we ask for a deposit equivalent to one month's childcare fees to secure their place.

The deposit is not an additional fee—it will be deducted from your first month's invoice when your child starts.

This deposit confirms your booking and helps ensure that reserved places are not left unfilled due to cancellations or no-shows.

If your start date is more than one month away, our 50% weekly retainer fee applies instead.

We require 4 weeks' written notice if you no longer require childcare.

The notice period allows us sufficient time to offer the place to another family and helps ensure continuity for all children in our care.

Childcare fees remain payable throughout the 4-week notice period, regardless of whether your child attends during this time.

If you have any questions or your circumstances change, please speak to us as early as possible—we'll always do our best to help where we can.

If Your Child Becomes Sick And Cannot Attend Their Session 

In The Circumstance That The Childminder Becomes Sick, No Fee Expected On Days They Are Not Available.

If You Are Going On Holiday, Full Fees Are Expected To Hold Your Space, Until You Return.

Childminder Holidays Will Be Provided And During The Holiday Periods, No Payment Is Expected. Many Parents, Coincide Their Holidays, With The Childminders.

We Are Closed For Bank Holidays And No Fees Are Expected, In Those Periods.
